30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
3. Send the item back using a tracked service
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
